The rotor body and buckets are made of titanium and finished with black polyurethane paint. A solid-film lubricant (grey in color) is applied to the bucket flange to improve the seating of the bucket into the rotor pocket. Bucket caps are anodized aluminum. The bucket and cap assemblies hook over the crossbar of the rotor hanger mechanism when properly positioned.
