Lol). 11″W x 17″H (inner image) Original, One of a Kind 2008 Mixed Media: Water color, Graphite, Paint on paper This is SUCH an amazing piece!!!! The layers and texture to it are hard to describe and capture on in pictures. His 'artwork' is exceptionally sought after, and typically goes for quite a pretty penny, especially since his tragic passing. This picture is really special, as it was 'within a new genre' he was starting to work in prior to his death. About Gidget Gein: “Iconic artist, Gidget Gein, has always been at the forefront of important movements in art and music. Edgy, fearless, and unrestrained, he pushed boundaries and he wore his demons on his sleeve. In his short life, he cleaned up South Florida crime scenes, was the original bassist, songwriter, and co-creator of Marilyn Manson and the Spooky Kids, founded the experimental group The Dali Gaggers, and shaped the UnPop and GaGa art movements. Gidget solidified his place as one of LA's most notorious self-taught artists. His celebrity portraits depict Hollywood scandals and celebrity controversy in the vein of Kenneth Anger's famous book.
