The smokehouse is in very good shape. It came from a closed down grocery store, not a factory or a sausage production. Fully functional. Everything works as it should. Don’t buy unknown brands, they won’t last. Don’t buy untested equipment or you might end up with thousands of $ in repairs and pay double. When you hear the phrase “it worked when it was removed from a location” most of the times the person selling it does not have a clue if it works or not. When you buy from us, you can turn it on today or in twelve months and it will work as designed. TERMS AND CONDITIONS1. An item will only be shipped after payment is cleared. Items are normally shipped within 2-3 business days of payment being cleared. Allow additional time to crate larger and heavy items. Any additional shipping services such as residential address delivery fee, lift gate, etc. to be paid by the buyer prior to shipping. All additional charges arising from the buyer not being able to accept or unload freight at the time of delivery are to be paid by the buyer.
