Its like these have been preserved in a time capsule. The separate parts all have thier own original plastic bag. Most of the accessories have never been opened and removed from thier bags. The meters themselves show no wear that I can see. The stickers are all well preseved. The manuals are included. The battery areas are clean with no battery damage.
