Sony SBP-128D SxS Pro+ memory card (Picture of actual item for sale – not stock photo – more pictures at bottom) The SBP-128D is a 128GB SxS Pro+ memory card, designed for high-speed video recording with XDCAM / XDCAM EX camcorder. This is ideal for 4K and high data rates on the PMW-F5 and PMW-F55 cinealta camera (unlike the previous SBP-128 / SBP-128A card which is not suitable). Of course, this can also be used with any model that takes an SxS / ExpressCard such as PMW-500, PMW-300, PMW-320, PMW-400, PMW-200, PMW-160, PMW-EX1R, PMW-EX3, PXW-X200, PXW-X180, PXW-X160, PXW-X400, PXW-X500, PXW-X320, PMW-RX50, PMW-PZ1, PMW-50, PMW-100, Arri Alexa Classic / XT / SXT, and more. This features around double the read/write speed of the previous generation SBP-128B and is the most current model (newer than the SBP-128C). Maximum read speed of 3.5Gbps and write speed of 2.8Gbps (minimum read speed of 1.3Gbps). This faster speed is useful for ensuring stable high frame rate recordings in formats such as XAVC 4K 60P or XAVC 4K 180P. Also has improved safety features such as data refreshing, error correct, and power failure management. Supports EB Streaming between the card and Sony camcorders, enabling constant 2-way communication and insuring stable recording while avoiding speed degradation. Example recording times: 40 minutes 4K XAVC Intra 4:2:2, 20 minutes in 4K XAVC 4:2:2 60P at 600Mbps, 120 minutes HD XAVC Intra 4:2:2, and 240 minutes in HD MPEG2 4:2:2 30P at 50Mbps.
