Star Trek: The Next Generation – Season 1 (DVD, 2002, 7-Disc Set) Item Condition: Very Good This is an authentic U.S./Canada DVD. It is not a bootleg or cheap import. Don’t be fooled by the unbelievably low-priced copies of Star Trek sets currently for sale on Ebay. Almost all of those sets are bootleg copies. The newest bootlegs have very similar packaging to the real version, making it very difficult to tell the difference even when photos are available. As with all counterfeits, these new fake sets have low quality standards and should not be trusted. This set is the authentic, original 2002 release, in a hard silver case with an inner fold-out case holding the discs (as pictured). This set was part of a private collection and was well cared for. Some of the discs have minor scratches (nothing that affects play). The case shows minor wear, including light scratches and scuffs. This set includes the collectible fold-out booklet, as shown in the fourth photo above. Note on the photos: The set shown is one set we have available in this condition. Since we have multiple quantity available, the set you receive may have minor differences in wear. You have 30 days from the date you receive the item. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days. What should I do if my item is defective? We stand behind the products we sell. In the rare case that you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a return. We will refund your entire purchase price, as well as standard original shipping and basic return shipping costs. Our belief is that you should not have to lose any money over a defective item. We cannot offer a full refund of expedited shipping, since these services are offered as convenience options only. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Due to the very high cost of international shipping, we cannot offer a full refund on either original or return shipping for international orders.
