Pk 31 and serial number S.4 465. Graded 66 PPQ (Premium Paper Quality) Gem New by LCG. PMG Population Report reveals that there is only one example of this pick number graded finer. An attractive and colorful note with two female allegorical figures on each side. Originally a 100 Franc note, a new denomination (1000 Francs) has been overprinted on the face. A lovely example that is heavily embossed and beautifully designed with bright colors! Black serial number noted on the front side of the note. ND (1942-1943). 1000 Francs on 100 Francs.
